Managing Food Allergies under PEAL

The welcomed change to allergen label on food products is here called Plain English Allergen Labelling or PEAL. PEAL has now been implemented for all manufactures however they still sell their stock with the previous allergen declarations up until 2026. So while we’re in the middle ground between the new and the old allergen declaration, let’s discuss how to manage food allergies under PEAL.
