IDDSI Training for families and carers
Swallowing difficulties (dysphagia) can make eating and drinking challenging. The International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) provides clear guidance on texture-modified diets and drink thickness levels to support safer swallowing.
Our affordable, easy-to-follow training helps families and carers understand IDDSI, prepare foods and drinks correctly, and reduce the risk of choking or aspiration. With the right knowledge and support, mealtimes can be safer, more comfortable, and more enjoyable.
