What a year it has been for the business, and all of us here at OSCAR Care Group.
2023 and 2024 gave us the opportunity to establish our key products and services for the Aged Care, Child Care, NDIS and Allied Health sectors, review and recreate solid offerings that are needed for our clients and the work they do. As well as, establish products and services that complement our key offerings and gain important partnerships for future growth and longevity into 2025 and beyond. It has been an enormous year for the business with key decisions and planning post COVID proving beyond successful.
Key achievements in 2024 we reflect on:
A restructure of the Dietetic offering for Estia Health
Finalise and roll out of the Food Safety initiatives for the YMCA Victoria network,
New Food Safety Programs for the Baptcare and Respect Care sites,
Amazing growth and support in the Child Care sector for individual and multi-site Food Safety initiatives, support and training,
Creation of our Childcare Menu & Supply Bundle to assist with the very best food pricing and nutrition guidance for the children in their care.
Continued growth in our Clinic for the NDIS and Homecare sectors as well as community and private practice.
We have such an amazing team who have worked tirelessly to ensure our client requirements are met and the children and residents in their care receive the very best. So very grateful for the people that choose OSCAR Care Group for their career journey.
2025 is going to be the best yet with new projects, offerings and continued relationships to grow and support.
