OSCAR Care Group is excited to present Growing Good Eaters, an inspiring, interactive workshop designed specifically for the early childhood sector. This unique event brings together our passion for food, early childhood nutrition, and food safety, all all within an Early Learning Centre environment to nurture growing bodies.

Join us for a hands-on experience where you will enjoy live cooking demonstrations by a qualified Chef with child friendly recipes for you to see and try, explore age-appropriate food serving guidelines, and gain practical strategies to avoid common food safety mistakes. We’ll also cover effective, positive communication around food, managing allergies with confidence, and how to create a neuro-affirming, inclusive mealtime space for every child.
