As a registered NDIS provider, OSCAR Care Group’s experienced dietitians deliver evidence-based, goal-focused nutrition support aligned with individual NDIS plans. We work with participants, families and support coordinators to provide practical strategies that support independence, health and participation in everyday life.

Our Accredited Practising Dietitians work closely with NDIS participants, families and caregivers to reach their nutritional goals. Whether they have physical challenges, sensory sensitivities, or cognitive differences, they can reach their full potential with the support of our NDIS Dietitian.

Our NDIS Dietitian support Participants improve their overall wellbeing and nutritional goals

Our NDIS Dietitian provides nutritional support for various medical conditions, including Autism spectrum disorder, Parkinson’s Disease, Cerebral Palsy, Down syndrome, Huntington’s Disease, Spinal Cord Injuries, Acquired Brain Injury, Stroke and Multiple Sclerosis. 

Reasons to refer a NDIS Participant to a Dietitian

  • Managing chronic health conditions
    (such as Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Heart disease)

  • Concerns about weight (over or under) or unintentional weight loss

  • Gut and bowel issues

Jamie Chui

Accredited Practising Dietitian

 

Jamie has a special interest for paediatric nutrition, including supporting children and their families and caregivers to support them in achieving healthy growth, development, and eating habits. She also has experience in aged care, as well as working with a wide variety of individuals under the NDIS, providing tailored nutrition support for those with disabilities or chronic conditions.
Passionate about making nutrition practical and accessible, Jamie enjoys helping individuals and families build healthy relationships with food.

Cancellations

We understand that unexpected issues can arise and you may need to cancel your appointment. We ask that cancellations are made at least 48 hours in advance.  This allows your appointment time to be given to another patient. The cancellation fee is to be paid before future appointments can be made.
