What age do your Dietitians provide therapy for?

Our NDIS Dietitian provides support for all age groups. We have capability to see paediatric participants, teenagers, adults, and older adults.

What is your availability for Dietitian for a NDIS Participant?

We currently have immediate capacity for Dietetic participants. OSCAR Care Group Clinic facilitates appointments both in our clinic room in Mount Waverley and by Home Visit Appointments. Telehealth options are also available. Contact our NDIS Coordinator on (03) 9560 1844, select option 1 for more details and options.

How often should a Dietetics appointment be booked?

Depending on NDIS Participant’s needs and funding capacity it is completely up to the participant how often and when they would like to see a Dietitian. If the participant only requires an initial assessment this is available.

What should you bring to your first NDIS Dietetics appointment?

Just yourself. Please send any medical history, pathology results and the NDIS Intake Form back to clinic@oscarcaregroup.com.au (mailto:clinic@oscarcaregroup.com.au)before attending your initial appointment.

Jamie has a special interest for paediatric nutrition, including supporting children and their families and caregivers to support them in achieving healthy growth, development, and eating habits. She also has experience in aged care, as well as working with a wide variety of individuals under the NDIS, providing tailored nutrition support for those with disabilities or chronic conditions.
Passionate about making nutrition practical and accessible, Jamie enjoys helping individuals and families build healthy relationships with food.

Cancellations

We understand that unexpected issues can arise and you may need to cancel your appointment. We ask that cancellations are made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows your appointment time to be given to another patient. The cancellation fee is to be paid before future appointments can be made.
