About the event

Following on from our Food Myth webinar series, the next one we’re holding is for childcare educators and parents. We know educators and parents often worry if children are getting the nutrients they need. Now is your chance to submit a question as we debunk common childhood nutrition myths. Presented by our amazing Accredited Practising Dietitian, Veronica!

What childhood nutrition myths will we be busting?

Well, that’s up to you! What food myths have you heard? Do you have a simple question that you’ve been too shy to ask? Or what would you like confirmed by a Dietitian? It might be related to your line of work (childcare centre or OSHC), or to you personally or a family member. Let us know what you would like us to talk about.

The common childhood nutrition myths we hear:

  • Foods with sugar send children wild.
  • It takes 20 times for a child try a food before their taste buds will adjust.
  • Children will never eat broccoli.

Give us your ideas when you RSVP!

See you there!

Please note: we will be focusing on childhood nutrition for little ones aged between 1-5 years. If you have a question for the school aged child, please email us your interest and we’ll let you know if we create a school age childhood nutrition Webinar.
