With our Food Safety Supervisor course, you’ll understand food safety principle and regulations to minimise risk to residents and children.

Gain the skills and knowledge to recognize, prevent and alleviate hazards associated with food handling. As well as the ability and authority to supervise other people handling food within your Aged Care home or Childcare Centre to ensure that it is always done safely.
