Preparing, cooking and serving food to multiple allergies requires more attention to avoid cross-contamination to ensure the residents and children with allergies are safe. Our full comprehensive food allergy training is a 2 hour in-depth education session covering all common food allergies and tips for food handlers. Presented by our Food Safety Expert, Narmada Oogathoo.

This is a non-accredited course. A Certificate of attendance will be provided at the completion of the assessment.
