About the event
Understanding the complexities of managing food allergies within an Aged Care Home and Childcare Centre is more important than ever. Preparing, cooking and serving food to multiple allergies requires more attention to avoid cross-contamination to ensure the residents and children with allergies are safe.
Our full comprehensive food allergy training is a 2 hour in-depth education session covering all common food allergies and tips for food handlers. Presented by our Food Safety Expert, Narmada Oogathoo.
This is a non-accredited course. A Certificate of attendance will be provided at the completion of the assessment.
