About the event
Our Non-Accredited Basic Food Handling Course provides essential food safety training to help protect residents and children.
With the introduction of Food Safety Standard 3.2.2A, requiring all food handlers to complete basic food safety training, many businesses have found that free courses do not fully meet their team’s needs. That is why we have developed an affordable, comprehensive and face to face training program that covers fundamental food safety principles—ensuring both compliance and the safety of those in your care.

Personal Hygiene & Handwashing Techniques
Preventing Cross-Contamination
Temperature Control & Safe Food Storage

The course includes an assessment to ensure understanding, and participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion.
Presented by our Food Safety Expert, Narmada Oogathoo.
This session is held within our Mount Waverley training room, providing an interactive learning experience, allowing participants to engage in discussions, ask questions, and better understand food safety principles. This format is especially beneficial for those with learning difficulties who may struggle with online training. Morning tea is provided, if you have any dietary requirements, please let us know upon enrolment.
